Cindy Kovalcin
I’m Cindy Kovalcin, Owner and Broker of High Country Real Estate & Investments. For more than 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of living, working, and helping people buy and sell real estate throughout the High Country. I know these mountains, the communities that make them special, and the unique qualities that make a mountain property feel like home.
After decades in real estate, I’ve learned that buying or selling a home is about so much more than a transaction. It’s about understanding what you’re looking for, knowing the market, and finding the right property, community, and lifestyle for you. Whether you’re searching for a mountain retreat, selling a longtime family home, or making a new chapter of life possible, I believe the process should feel personal, thoughtful, and guided by someone you trust.
Real estate is my passion, but when I’m not working with clients, you’ll often find me painting, traveling, volunteering with charitable foundations, or spending time with my family and friends. My faith and community are important parts of my life, and over the years, many of my clients have become lifelong friends.
